Reverie Garage Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Reverie Garage creates customized automotive artwork and related products using photographs, information, creative direction, digital design processes, and, where appropriate, automated or artificial-intelligence-assisted tools.

Our products are intended to transform customer-provided automotive photographs and related materials into personalized creative works and products.

The exact production methods, technologies, software, vendors, artistic processes, and tools used may change from time to time.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order or enter into a binding transaction with Reverie Garage.

By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You may provide us with photographs, images, vehicle information, names, text, descriptions, stories, instructions, logos, graphics, or other materials in connection with an order or inquiry (“Customer Content”).

You retain any ownership rights you already have in your Customer Content.

By submitting Customer Content, you grant Reverie Garage and T2 Creative LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, crop, edit, transform, process, transmit, store, display internally, and otherwise use the Customer Content as reasonably necessary to:

• process and fulfill your order;
• create previews, proofs, artwork, and finished products;
• communicate with you regarding your order;
• operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve our production process; and
• work with service providers involved in creating, processing, producing, or fulfilling your order.

This license lasts for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the transaction, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and satisfy applicable legal obligations.

Your Responsibility for Submitted Content

By submitting Customer Content, you represent and warrant that:

• you own the Customer Content or have sufficient permission to provide and use it;
• our processing of the Customer Content as contemplated by these Terms will not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
• the Customer Content is lawful;
• the Customer Content does not contain malicious software or intentionally harmful material; and
• where recognizable individuals appear in submitted photographs, you have any permissions reasonably necessary to submit and use those photographs for the requested product.

You remain responsible for the materials you provide.

Reverie Garage may refuse, suspend, or cancel an order involving content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or the rights of another person.

Some Reverie Garage products may be created or enhanced using artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated image-processing systems, digital editing tools, third-party software, or combinations of automated and human creative processes.

By submitting Customer Content, you authorize Reverie Garage and T2 Creative LLC to process that content using such technologies when reasonably necessary to provide the requested product or service.

This may require transmitting or processing Customer Content through third-party technology providers acting as service providers to Reverie Garage.

We do not guarantee that automated or AI-assisted systems will reproduce every physical characteristic, vehicle component, color, badge, reflection, background element, license plate, person, or other detail with photographic accuracy.

Our products are artistic interpretations, not technical reproductions.

Customer Content

You retain your pre-existing rights in Customer Content.

Submitting Customer Content does not transfer ownership of the original photograph or other pre-existing material to Reverie Garage or T2 Creative LLC.

Finished Customer Artwork

Upon full payment, Reverie Garage grants you the right to possess, display, share, and use the finished artwork delivered specifically for your order for personal, non-commercial purposes.

To the extent Reverie Garage or T2 Creative LLC owns transferable intellectual property rights specifically in the finished customer deliverable, those rights may be provided to you as part of the purchased product only to the extent expressly stated with the applicable product.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchase of a product does not include unrestricted commercial reproduction, resale, sublicensing, merchandising, trademark use, or mass production rights.

Reverie Garage Materials

Reverie Garage and T2 Creative LLC retain all rights in their:

• brand names and trademarks;
• logos and trade dress;
• website;
• software and systems;
• templates;
• layouts;
• design systems;
• workflows;
• prompts and production methods;
• processes and techniques;
• product configurations;
• proprietary technology;
• marketing materials; and
• other pre-existing or independently developed intellectual property.

Purchasing customized artwork does not transfer ownership of these underlying materials or systems.

AI-Generated Material

Certain portions of a finished product may be generated or modified using automated or artificial-intelligence-assisted technologies.

The legal status and copyright protection available to AI-generated or AI-assisted material may vary by jurisdiction and circumstance.

Accordingly, Reverie Garage does not warrant that every component of a finished product is independently copyrightable, registrable, or capable of exclusive ownership.

Reverie Garage will not use a customer’s original private photographs or personalized finished artwork in public advertising, social media, portfolio materials, promotional campaigns, or similar public-facing marketing solely because the customer placed an order.

We may request separate permission to feature an order or finished artwork.

If you provide that permission, the scope of permitted use will be governed by the permission provided.

Reverie Garage is an independent business.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Reverie Garage is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, licensed by, or approved by any automobile manufacturer, vehicle brand, racing organization, dealership, photographer, or other third party whose vehicle, trademark, logo, product, or other material may appear in customer-submitted content.

Vehicle names, manufacturer names, logos, model designations, and other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Their appearance in customer-requested personalized artwork does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Reverie Garage.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:

• technical limitations;
• unusable or insufficient source images;
• suspected fraud;
• payment problems;
• unlawful or prohibited content;
• intellectual property concerns;
• pricing or listing errors;
• production limitations; or
• circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we cancel a paid order before providing the purchased product or service, we will issue an appropriate refund for the cancelled portion.

Many Reverie Garage products are personalized or made specifically for an individual customer.

Because production may begin shortly after an order is submitted, customized products may not be cancellable once production has started.

Any cancellation, modification, proof, revision, return, replacement, or refund rights displayed on the applicable product page or checkout page at the time of purchase are incorporated into these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates any non-waivable rights available to consumers under applicable law.

When a product includes a proof or approval stage, you are responsible for reviewing the proof carefully.

This includes checking vehicle details, spelling, dates, names, colors, composition, and other requested personalization.

Once you approve a final proof, Reverie Garage may immediately begin production.

Changes requested after approval may require an additional fee and may not be possible after production begins.

Approval of a proof constitutes authorization to produce the product substantially as shown.

Reverie Garage provides creative and artistic products.

Variations between the source photograph, digital preview, displayed website example, final digital file, and physical printed product may occur.

These can include differences in color, cropping, texture, detail, scale, composition, lighting, display rendering, printing, framing, materials, and other characteristics.

Computer and mobile displays also reproduce colors differently from physical printing processes.

Reasonable artistic or production variation does not by itself constitute a product defect.

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.

You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, customization fees, and other charges disclosed before purchase.

Payment may be processed by third-party payment processors.

Reverie Garage and T2 Creative LLC may not directly receive or store complete payment-card information when payment information is handled by those processors.

Prices, products, and promotions may change without notice before an order is placed.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, typographical, or technical errors.

Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Physical products may be produced, handled, or shipped by third-party production and fulfillment partners.

Reverie Garage is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect customer information, labor disruptions, natural events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

Risk of loss and title to physical products transfer as provided by applicable law and the applicable shipping arrangement.

If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from an approved proof because of a production error, contact us promptly and provide photographs or other reasonable documentation of the issue.

We may replace, reproduce, repair, or refund an affected product, as appropriate under the circumstances and applicable law.

Customer-submitted errors that appeared in an approved proof generally do not constitute production defects.

Because many Reverie Garage products are personalized, custom-made, or produced specifically for a customer, returns based solely on preference or change of mind may be limited once production begins.

Any specific refund or return policy displayed during checkout or on the applicable product page forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

You may not use Reverie Garage or its Services:

• for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity;
• to violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• to distribute malware or interfere with our systems;
• to scrape, reverse engineer, copy, or exploit our website or proprietary production systems except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• to impersonate another person;
• to submit content you do not have authority to use; or
• to use Reverie Garage intellectual property for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Website photographs, product examples, mockups, descriptions, pricing, dimensions, and other information are provided for general informational and illustrative purposes.

We attempt to provide accurate information but do not warrant that every website description, image, price, specification, or other item is error-free.

We may correct errors and update website content at any time.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES, WEBSITE, ARTWORK, DIGITAL PRODUCTS, AND RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

REVERIE GARAGE AND T2 CREATIVE LLC DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVERIE GARAGE, T2 CREATIVE LLC, AND THEIR OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF REVERIE GARAGE AND T2 CREATIVE LLC ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO A PARTICULAR ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO REVERIE GARAGE FOR THAT ORDER.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reverie Garage, T2 Creative LLC, and their owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Customer Content you submit;
• your violation of another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• your unlawful use of the Services; or
• your material violation of these Terms.

This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify Reverie Garage or T2 Creative LLC for their own unlawful conduct or for liabilities that cannot lawfully be shifted to a consumer.

Reverie Garage and T2 Creative LLC will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably outside their control, including natural disasters, fires, severe weather, carrier disruptions, power or internet failures, governmental actions, labor disruptions, supply-chain interruptions, cyber incidents affecting third-party infrastructure, or failures of third-party production or technology providers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections provided by the laws applicable to that consumer.

Before filing a formal claim relating to an order, you agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to contact Reverie Garage and provide sufficient information for us to investigate and attempt to resolve the dispute.

To the extent legally permissible, disputes not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Oregon, subject to any applicable consumer rights regarding venue or jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will become effective when the revised Terms are posted, unless a later effective date is stated.

Material changes will apply prospectively except where applicable law permits otherwise.

The Terms applicable to a completed purchase will generally be those in effect when the transaction occurred, except where a subsequent change is required by law or separately agreed.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

These Terms, together with any applicable product-specific terms, refund policies, order details, and policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Reverie Garage / T2 Creative LLC concerning your use of the Services and purchases from us.
